Origin & Mission of Company
The key members of Adept Algorithms have a long history of more than 25 years in the construction industry in India and abroad. We have been adapting ourselves with the advent and growth of technology in India. The predominant domain of operations have been consulting for civil, structural designs and construction management.
During our practice in construction we have felt a compelling necessity for a database or system that could be seamlessly used to control cost, time, quality and contracting. Unfortunately, no other such system exists in the industry exists even today except Baevr. Hence, we started developing some in-house systems – for many years on Excel and then on Access and subsequently in SQL.
It has been long years of development and redevelopment to address the pressing problems in construction industry in the right and practical manner. The testing and implementation was done on over 40 projects over 10 years. Today we are working on about 16 projects simultaneously.
1998
Our founders have been working in construction industry as project management (PMC) and engineering consultants.
2009
We implemented web-based ERP on our own construction projects combining cost, schedule and contracting aspects on one platform. The ability to integrate all aspects of construction was a vacuum.
2015
Adept Algorithms LLP was formed to develop and market expert system products for construction industry, outside our own companies.
2018
First prototype of construction management suite CPMC was used at Karnataka Warehousing project for Soma Enterprises. The product was named as Baevr.
2022
Site tracking module of Baevr was separated from planning modules as a separate software named n’Site. Also launched an ambitious project named ‘mBIM for extracting data from 2D CAD drawings.

Balakrishna Samantara
Balakrishna is a serial entrepreneur and software engineer for over 25 years. He was instrumental in the development of ERP systems for transportation, logistics and healthcare industries ever since the advent of ERP. An expert software development team works under the leadership of Balakrishna.
Bharath Gandhi
Barath Gandhi is the Senior Project Manager with 15+ years’ of experience in project execution, contracts management, coordination, planning, QS and QC.
