1. Data Collection
Itemizer does not collect any personal data, drawing data, usage data, analytics data, or other user data.
Itemizer is an AutoCAD plug-in that processes information from the CAD drawing selected by the user. The information required for measurement—including CAD entity properties, geometry, layers, attributes, lengths, areas, counts and related information—is processed locally on the user’s computer.
Itemizer does not:
- upload or transmit drawing data to Adept Algorithms or any other server;
- collect or transmit personal information;
- collect usage or telemetry information;
- use advertising or tracking technologies;
- use analytics services or advertising networks;
- maintain an online account or user profile;
- store the drawing data in a cloud service or external database.
The measurement results displayed by Itemizer are also generated and maintained locally.
2. Sharing of Data with Third Parties
Itemizer does not collect or share user data with third parties.
Itemizer does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking services, or third-party SDKs for collecting user information.
Consequently, there are no third parties with whom Itemizer shares user data.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Itemizer does not retain user data.
Information read from the AutoCAD drawing and information generated during measurement is held only as required for the operation of the Itemizer application and is processed locally in memory.
When the Itemizer window is closed, the information maintained by Itemizer for that session is discarded. Itemizer does not save this information to an Adept Algorithms server or other persistent online storage.
Any drawing itself remains under the user’s control and is not modified or stored by Itemizer as part of a remote data-collection process.
4. Revocation of Consent and Data Deletion Requests
Because Itemizer does not collect or retain personal or other user data, there is no stored user data for which consent needs to be revoked or which needs to be deleted from Adept Algorithms’ systems.
Users may stop Itemizer from processing drawing information at any time by closing the Itemizer application.
If a user has any question concerning privacy or wishes to make a data-related enquiry, they may contact:
5. Changes to this Privacy Policy
If the data practices of Itemizer change in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the applicable data collection, use, sharing, retention and deletion practices.
