• Advise client about preliminary costing for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Estimate, budget, record and control project cost and accounting, comprehensively
• Systematically find, compare, negotiate and administer contractors & suppliers; assess and certify their bills
• Review designs from consultants for inter-disciplinary coordination; reduce over-designs.
• Maintain stock and inventory registers, intents, purchase orders, plant registers and NMR.
• Track progress, draw weekly plans, conduct review meetings and take corrective actions.
• Ensure quality of workmanship and materials with supervision, peer inspection and testing.
• Prevent untoward safety or health risks: safe practices, protections and precautions.
• Minimize and arbitrate disputes between owners, contractors, designers, suppliers, accountants and statutory agencies.
